Right Coast Creatives co-founders, Kim and Michele are passionate about helping small business owners reach their goals. In 2018 they met as part of the team selected to build the foundation and lead the growth of a new hospitality company. They fell in love with campgrounds and glamping. In early 2020, they both decided they wanted more. As a result, they set out to share their skills and knowledge with campgrounds all over the east coast.
They have over 20 years of combined experience in retail management as well as hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management. Their leadership experience and operational effectiveness are also aligned. Together, with their passion for people, they help businesses grow.
Affectionately referred to as “Command Kim” by colleagues and friends, Kim brings focus and commitment to all her endeavors. She is a proud mamma to a boston terrier named Maddie and an avid traveler. Kim has 12 years of experience in retail management and 6 years in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management. As a result, she takes a multi-faceted approach to business. Her passion for continuous learning ensures she stays up to date on industry trends as well as the constant changes within the marketing world.
This ambitious mom of four boys (yes, 4!) and a new pupper, Bentli, gives Michele the drive to excel in business. With over 15 years of multi-unit retail management experience, Michele is the ideal partner to take your camp store to the next level. She leverages proven skills in inventory control and retail analysis to maximize sales and grow your bottom line. Additionally, her background in marketing results in a customer-centric approach to buying, merchandising, and pricing ensuring your campers have the product they need at a price that drives conversion.
